Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern access to the MarbleDaftar website and software. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

Governing law and dispute venue will be confirmed with counsel (expected focus: Pakistan) and published in an updated version of these Terms.

2. The service

MarbleDaftar is marble business management software for inventory (including physical, reserved, and available stock), purchases, landed cost, sales, reservations, deliveries, returns/replacements, related operations, and money visibility. It is not presented as full statutory accounting software, tax filing software, or quarry manufacturing control software.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate account and business information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and staff access.
• You are responsible for activity under your company account.
• Public customer login may roll out in stages. Until then, access may be arranged through onboarding or demo channels.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempts to:

• break security or access another tenant’s data;
• disrupt service availability;
• use the product for unlawful purposes;
• reverse engineer beyond what applicable law allows.

5. Customer data

You retain rights to the business data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide and secure the service. Company accounts are intended to remain isolated from one another. See the Privacy Policy for additional detail.

6. Fees

Pricing is tailored to your operation (users, locations, modules, onboarding, and support). Subscription fees, billing cycles, and refund terms will be agreed separately or published when commercial packaging is finalized. See Pricing for the current approach.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may evolve. Where a change materially reduces core functionality for paying customers, we will communicate reasonably in advance when practical.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as available” basis for an early-stage product. Except where prohibited by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Operational reports and balances depend on data your team enters accurately.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarbleDaftar’s liability arising from the service will be limited as specified in a commercial agreement or an updated version of these Terms after legal review.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, non-payment (when billing applies), or legal risk.
