This policy describes how MarbleDaftar (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use our website or product. MarbleDaftar is an early-stage multi-tenant marble business management SaaS focused on Pakistani marble factory owners.

• Account and profile details you provide (name, email, phone/WhatsApp, role).
• Business details (company name, city, business type) for demos or onboarding.
• Business operational data you enter in the product (inventory, purchases, sales, deliveries, balances, and related records).
• Technical data such as IP address, device/browser information, and basic usage logs needed to operate and secure the service.
• Cookies or similar technologies if enabled for session management or analytics. We will list specific vendors here when analytics is enabled.

3. How we may use information

• Provide and operate the MarbleDaftar service for your company account.
• Respond to demo requests and support conversations.
• Maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and prevent abuse.
• Improve product reliability and usability.

We do not sell your business operational data as a product.

4. Business / account data

Each company account is intended to keep business data separate from other tenants (company data isolation). Role-aware access controls what staff in your account can see and do. Important operational transactions are recorded so your team can revisit what happened. You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered by your users and for managing their access.

5. Sharing with service providers

We may use infrastructure and service providers (hosting, email, error monitoring) to operate MarbleDaftar. Providers should process data only to perform services for us. Concrete processors and hosting regions will be listed here once production vendors are selected.

6. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. This policy does not claim SOC 2, ISO, or other certifications unless we separately document that they are true.

7. Retention

We retain account and business data while your account is active and as needed for legitimate business, security, and legal requirements. Detailed retention windows will be refined with counsel as the product matures.

8. Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or ask questions about processing. Business operational records may need to be retained for audit integrity while an account is active.

9. Children

MarbleDaftar is a business product and is not directed at children.

We may update this policy as the product and legal requirements evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page.
